We have launched VIVE events because we want to help as many people as we can take control of their well-being, performance and quality of life.
In this first session, we taught breathwork, meditation and visualisation; tools that train your brain and transform your life.
This event was all about using the power of the mind to build mental strength and finding your motivation.
